1. Introduction
- Svyr (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a mentorship program designed to provide one-on-one and group support for students preparing for NEET and JEE exams.
- Svyr is owned and operated by Svyr Learning Private Limited, a registered company in New Delhi, India, providing mentorship services to students.
2. Our Services
- Svyr provides personalized mentorship to students through one-on-one sessions, group sessions, study material, notes, and access to Telegram groups for additional support.
- By subscribing to Svyr, you will receive access to mentorship sessions, learning resources, and a community of students for support.
3. Eligibility
- Svyr’s services are available to students who are enrolled or preparing for the NEET or JEE exams.
- You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our services.
4. Subscription and Payment
- Subscription to Svyr’s mentorship services is subject to a monthly fee, as specified during the registration process.
- Payments for the services are processed through Razorpay/Payu or any other payment gateway designated by us.
- All fees are non-refundable.
5. Account Registration
- To access Svyr’s mentorship services, you must register an account on our website. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details, including your login credentials, and for all activities that occur under your account.
6. Student Conduct
You are expected to maintain a respectful and professional attitude while engaging with our mentors, participating in group sessions, and using the Telegram groups Students must not engage in disruptive behavior or violate Svyr’s code of conduct, including harassment, spamming, or any actions that harm the learning environment.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
- Svyr is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data will only be used to improve your experience with Svyr and for communications related to your mentorship.
- By using our services, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Svyr reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if you violate these Terms and Conditions, engage in inappropriate behavior, or for any other reason deemed appropriate by Svyr.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us directly. Upon cancellation, you will not be entitled to a refund for the current billing period.
8.Changes to Terms
Svyr reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you, and your continued use of the services will indicate acceptance of the updated terms.
9.Limitation of Liability
- Svyr will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including any errors in mentorship or content provided.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Delhi, India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
